About Kathy

Kathy has worked as an active Realtor in the Fort Bend County area since 2000 and has sold over 500 homes, primarily in Sugar Land, Texas. She is a multi-million dollar producer and has won numerous awards. She works in all price ranges, for both buyer and sellers. Kathy moved to Sugar Land, TX. in 1988, shortly after graduating from the University of Southern California with degrees in English and Psychology.  She volunteered for several years as a crisis hotline counselor and worked as a crime victims assistance coordinator for the Stafford Police Department in the early 1990’s.  Before becoming a Realtor, Kathy also worked as a newspaper reporter for the Fort Bend Star Newspaper. She is extremely knowledgeable about local events and has been writing her own newsletter called “Kathy Morrow’s Territory News” in an effort to  bring information to her community since 2004.

Her education and professional experiences have equipped her with excellent communication and problem solving skills which have been tremendous assets in her real estate career.    She is a seasoned negotiator and works diligently to represent the interests of her clients.  She listens, advises, and works tirelessly to ensure her clients reach their home selling and/or buying goals.

Kathy lives Sugar Land with her husband, Scott, who has worked for Channel 13 in Houston, an ABC television affiliate, since 1996. They have three adult children.
